General Guidelines

• Refunds will only be processed after manual confirmation by our team and if we determine eligibility.
• We reserve the right to decline any refund request if it does not meet our criteria or harms our brand.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• If the student has not attended any classes and requests a refund within 7 days of payment.
• If we are unable to deliver the promised course due to unforeseen circumstances.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• If classes have already commenced or were attended by the student.
• If the refund request is made beyond the stipulated time frame.
• If the student exhibits rude or inappropriate behavior towards our staff.
